§ Cost includes the following: § For Short Weekend; accommodation in a single occupancy room on Saturday night, lunch and dinner on Saturday, breakfast and lunch on Sunday. Five classes, dedicated space in the cropping room, light refreshments. § For Long Weekend, as above plus accommodation in a single occupancy room on Friday night, dinner on Friday night plus breakfast on Saturday morning and access to cropping room on Friday afternoon. A bonus Mini Class is also included.
§ Additional hotel costs incurred by delegates including but not limited to bar bills, room service etc… are the sole responsibility of the delegate. § Class Details will be e mailed to delegates for them to indicate their preferred classes however it may not be possible to accommodate all choices. § Teachers named on the website have been booked for the event however we reserve the right to change the advertised teachers

- We will make all reasonable attempts to fill cancelled spaces.
- The following charges will apply dependent on date of cancellation ONLY IF THE SPACE REMAINS UNFILLED
- Cancelled on or after 3rd January – 25% of booking value
- Cancelled on or after 3rd February – 50% of booking value
- Cancelled on or after 3rd March – 80% of booking value
