ATDML Autumn Retreat 2009 – November 13th , 14th & 15th
Once again we will be returning to the Stoke By Nayland Club for our Autumn Retreat. We are pleased to say that for the second event in succession we are freezing the price with the long weekend remaining at £325 and the short weekend at £230. This will again include dedicated cropping space (minimum 4 ft per delegate) and five classes from a choice of 13. Long weekend delegates have a bonus class kit to be completed at your leisure in the crop room. Teachers for this event will be Clare Brown, Debbie Jewell, Jane Dean & Mel Hand. The short weekend includes accommodation on Saturday night, Saturday lunch and dinner plus Sunday breakfast and lunch. Long weekend delegates also get a hot buffet on Friday evening, accommodation on Friday night and Saturday breakfast. All rooms are single occupancy – a very small reduction is available to us for delegates aharing a room so if you would prefer to share please let me know.

Payment Options: Some people choose to pay in full at the time of booking or if you prefer the following instalment options are available.
Long Weekend – 4 instalments of £81.25 due on or before the following dates 1st instalment due at time of booking, then subsequent payments due 1st July, 15th August & 1st October 2 instalments of £162.50 1st instalment due at time of booking then second instalment due on or before 1st September
Short Weekend – 3 instalments of £76.67 due on or before the following dates 1st instalment due at time of booking, then subsequent payments due 1st August, 1st October 2 instalments of £115 1st instalment due at time of booking then second instalment due on or before 1st September
**PLEASE NOTE OUR PREFERRED PAYMENT OPTION IS DIRECT BANK TRANSFER, IF THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE A CHEQUE MADE PAYABLE TO ATDML RETREATS IS ALSO OK – ONCE YOU HAVE A CONFIRMED BOOKING I WILL SEND BANK DETAILS TO THOSE WHO ARE ABLE TO PAY BY TRANSFER**
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event that you need to cancel your booking the following conditions apply:
- Should we be able to resell your place a full refund minus a £25 admin charge will be issued.
- We will make all reasonable attempts to fill cancelled spaces.
- The following charges will apply dependent on date of cancellation ONLY IF THE SPACE REMAINS UNFILLED
- Cancelled on or after 13th August – 25% of booking value
- Cancelled on or after 13th September– 50% of booking value
- Cancelled on or after 13th October – 80% of booking value
