In most instances your order will be despatched on the first business day
after your payment is received. Don't forget that orders sent by Parcel
Force can take considerably longer than normal post.
Whilst we endeavour to keep the online store as up-to-date as possible,
there may be items that are out of stock when we receive your order. Most
other items will be restocked as soon as possible, but we remain at the
mercy of suppliers, freight companies, etc, so it's difficult to give an
accurate estimate on likely times for re-ordering. We do not currently
operate a backorder system - if an item is out of stock at the time you
order, you will need to re-order at a later date. Note that newly introduced
items are often difficult to restock at short notice.
The moral? If you like it, order it when you see it!
We try our best to ensure that the packaging we use protects your papers and
embellishments, etc., and always send goods out in pristine condition.
However, we cannot accept liability for items damaged in transit. In this
instance, you must contact the post office. It is useful if you photograph
visibly damaged packaging before opening. Goods that are faulty or not as described can, of course, be returned.
Please contact us for a return authorisation number. We cannot accept the
return of goods that you simply don't like.
