A Trip Down Memory Lane will once again be returning to the Stoke by Nayland Club to host our 11th retreat in Autumn 2012. Dates: 2nd – 4th November 2012 Venue: The Stoke By Nayland Club

Price – The price from April 2012 will be frozen. The cost of the November 2012 retreat will be £345 for the long weekend £245 for the short weekend£160 for Sat & Sun Day Delegate Rates inc everything the short weekend includes except for accommodation and breakfast. Cropping and refreshments (no meals) available for Friday only as an add on to either a short weekend or day delegate booking at an additional £15
The short weekend includes:
Saturday night accommodation on a single occupancy basis
5 Classes from a choice of at least 12
Unlimited Tea & Coffee
Cropping space available all weekend – minimum table space 4ft
On site shopping

1 instalment of £245 due at time of booking
2 Instalments of £122.50 due at time of booking and 16th August
3 Instalments of £81.67 due at time of booking, 16th June & 16th August
4 Instalments of £61.25 due at time of booking, 2nd June, 16th July & 16th September
The long weekend includes all of the features of the short weekend PLUS:
Friday night accommodation on a single occupancy basis
Bonus Kit to work with in the crop room.
1 instalment of £345 due at time of booking
2 Instalments of £172.50 due at time of booking and 16th August
3 Instalments of £115 due at time of booking, 16th June & 16th August
4 Instalments of £86.25 due at time of booking, 2nd June, 16th July & 16th September
5 Instalments of £69 due at time of booking, 2nd June, 2nd July, 2nd August & 16th September

**The payment schedules above are a guide for when the payments are due – you can send your payments ahead of schedule if it suits you, just make sure that any bank transfers have your name as a reference so we know which booking to credit the payment to!**
Terms and Conditions:
· All bookings need to be secured with a payment (the first instalment of however many you are opting for)
· Additional hotel costs incurred by delegates including but not limited to bar bills, room service etc… are the sole responsibility of the delegate.
· Class Details will be e mailed to delegates for them to indicate their preferred classes however it may not be possible to accommodate all choices.
· Teachers named on the website have been booked for the event however we reserve the right to change the advertised teachers
· CANCELLATION POLICY
· In the event that you need to cancel your booking the following conditions apply:
Should we be able to resell your place a full refund minus a £25 admin charge will be issued.
We will make all reasonable attempts to fill cancelled spaces.
The following charges will apply dependent on date of cancellation ONLY IF THE SPACE REMAINS UNFILLED Cancelled on or after 16th July – 25% of booking value
Cancelled on or after 16th August – 50% of booking value Cancelled on or after 16th September – 80% of booking value
